Mark S. Shane, Esq. is recognized in courtrooms throughout the State of New Jersey and has earned a reputation as a trustworthy and hard-working attorney. Mark has practiced law in New Jersey for 40+ years. Mark’s practice spans the State of New Jersey and a variety of areas of law, including personal injury work, municipal court and criminal defense, as well as drafting wills, power of attorneys and medical directives. Mark also regularly represents businesses and business owners in commercial law transactions and litigation. In addition, Mark’s practice includes representing buyers and sellers of both commercial and residential real estate for transactions and refinances as well as those that involve bulk sales and environmental concerns. Finally, Mark represents a number of condominium and co-op homeowner associations, in all areas, which may affect the operation of that association.

Aside from being a diligent lawyer, Mark is also highly respected by his colleagues for his tremendous involvement in the local community. Mark has served on various board committees including East Windsor Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. Mark is also extensively involved with the Joshua Harr Shane Foundation, established to honor the memory of his son.

He is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and has previously sat on three counties’ Early Settlement Panels and was a Member of the Fee Arbitration Committee. He served in the New Jersey Army National Guard prior to attending law school.

He received his undergraduate degree from Rider University and his Juris Doctor from The Delaware School of Law at Widener University.
